Monthly Message - January 2017

JANUARY 2017

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

"For in thee O Lord do I hope, thou wilt hear O Lord my God.''  Psalm 38:15

WOW, can you believe its a new year? I am so excited to let God use me more than ever. It's all about going forward. We all wish we could go back and change a few things, but we can't. Ask Jesus to forgive you and forget it, He has.

My grandbaby Makayla got her new phone for Christmas and has become my new texting buddy. She just doesn't understand why we cant "face time." My Lou Thez flip phone don't either.

The biggest news I have already is that I will be opening a new wrestling school in Winston Salem at the end of this month. Thanks to Tracy Myers and our AML team for making it all possible. Yes, I will keep my wrestling school here in Charlotte also. God has blessed me more than I ever deserve and its just so exciting to see what His plans are. (Of course my kids are not to happy about it.)

I am so proud of Cedric, Tessa and all of my wrestling "kids" that are doing so good. They all have worked so hard.

I want to officially reintroduce the 3rd greatest book ever written "The Last Rassler" which my good friend Dick Bourne at the Mid-Atlantic Gateway did for me a few years back. This year I am really going to make a big deal about it. It is a book about all our adventures and features stories about Blackjack Mulligan, Sandy Scott, Ole Anderson, Dusty Rhodes, Brad Armstrong, Masked Superstar Bill Eadie, Brad Anderson, and of course Paul Jones. Plus lots of photos of me and my kids, wrestling memorabilia, road trips, the "Anderson Brothers Classic" and even the Chicken Coop! I always have copies of this book with me for sale, as well as my own book "Dad You Don't Work, You Wrestle." So find me at my gimmick table!

"How bout them Cowboys????"

Can you believe my Cowboys are doing this good? I am so proud of them. I love when things happen that nobody can explain. The NFL "chart sheets" didn't see this coming. Just don't understand my Cowboy jerseys being $200$ this year?  Lol.

So 850 people text, message and call me their well wishes and love concerning my new wrestling school. But, then an idiot from Greensboro makes a comment about me leaving my jacket on. But, when I shut it down, all of a sudden, he was joking! People, shut up. Just shut up! Whew........ feels so good.

I hope everybody has a wonderful New Years and please continue to pray for Brad Armstrong's family who are doing so good. I love Lori and Jillian so much and know they appreciate the prayers.
Please let me know if I can sale you a book, show you around my wrestling schools or pray for you.

God Bless.   - George

Monthly Greeting - December 2016

December 2016

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Can you believe it's here? My favorite time of the year. WOW! ... where did the year go?

I am so thankful for all God is doing in my life. I hope this Christmas we all remember the true meaning: Jesus came to this earth as a baby, born in a barn, the sinner's friend, so He could die for my sins. If you don't know Him, I pray that you receive the greatest Christmas gift ever.

My beautiful twins also have a birthday this month, I am so proud of them. Abigail texted me this morning and said, "Dad, I don't want to be a adult anymore!" ..... Oh what I would give to have all my kids under the same roof again.

WRESTLECADE 5 was a huge huge success. Thanks to Tracy Myers and the whole Wrestlecade team for the best one yet. Over 4000 fans came to it this year. Folks keep asking me, is it really the last one? Yes it is!!!!! Why not go out on top? Heck Barry Sanders did, and he ain't looked back.

Thanks everyone that has bought my 2nd greatest book for early Christmas gifts. I still am so proud of it.

"How bout them Cowboys????"
Can you believe as I write this, my Cowboys have already clinched a playoff spot? This season has been so great, my son Brock has really enjoyed it. Tony Romo is such a class act!

Yep, the idiots are ready for Christmas, too, and I am ready for them. WRESTLECADE 5 was full of them this year. My favorite was the "legend" that missed his plane, went back home and texted us before going back to bed, "sorry, hope to see you next year!"  WHAT??? ??  I'm going to do my own ''WRESTLECADE'' next year, but I am going to call it ''CADE.'' Wrestlers are just idiots!!

Whew, Scrooge feels better!!!

Folks, if I can pray for you, train you at my great wrestling school or just give you a hug, just let me know. Have a great Christmas and I will see you next year.

God Bless & see you at my gimmick table!!!

Monthly Greeting - November 2016

NOVEMBER 2016

"May the Lord shine His face upon you and give you peace."
- Numbers 6:20

WOW!

"Dang Mr. No.1, did the library shut down? Were did you go for two months??"

Folks, I'm back! Faster than my Cowboys had to come back Sunday against the Eagles. Whew! Talk about being a nervous wreck!

So happy to announce there is another member of my "Paul Jones Army" - - -  AXL SOUTH!! Yes, Little George and Heather's new son is here and he is so beautiful. I got to rock him to sleep for the first time last week and it was so special!

Can you believe it is November already? Just a few more weeks and well be eating Turkey and it's Christmas Lights time on my great web site. (May have to plug them in a little early this year!)

So much has been going on since my last letter. My wonderful student Cedric is now in WWE and doing so great. We are so proud of him! With him leaving, I have been also taking over his night of training at my wrestling school so now our students get 3 nights of training a week.

This month we have the biggest wrestling event I have ever been a part of.  WRESTLECADE will land in Winston-Salem for 3 huge days! Everybody that is in pro-wrestling will be there. This year we will also be having a Sunday morning worship service that I am very excited about. I hope everybody can make it.

A special shout out to my friend Jillian! Tell your mama we got Creed turned up loud over here. We miss your Dad so much.

How 'bout them Cowboys?!!
Do you people know how long I have been waiting to say that? I mean really!!

Just because I took a few weeks off, don't mean the idiots did. When WRESTLECADE announces its 135th wrestling guest, which includes ........ Ric Flair, Sting, Sid, Animal, Steamboat, Arn Anderson, Ted DiBiase, and others ......... and then you message us to ask, "where is RAVEN???? You are an idiot!

Whew, that felt good to say again!

I hope everybody has a Happy Thanksgiving and remember, if I can rent you a ring, train you or babysit, please just contact me here at my "greatest website of all time!"

God Bless & see you at my gimmick table!!!

Monthly Greeting - August 2016

AUGUST 2016
I know, I know. Where you at, Mr.No.1 ? You're late!  Well, actually I have been spending the last 4 days with the real "No. 1" Paul Jones!

"No. 1" Paul Jones and "Mr. No. 1" George South at Fanfest in Charlotte
What a great time I had at the NWA Legends Fanfest here in Charlotte, N.C. I met so many great people and I want to say thank you to everyone that bought a copy of the "Second Greatest Book Ever Written." Spending time with Paul Jones and getting to see my old friend Paul Diamond from my Georgia Wrestling days were my favorite moments.

Ladies and gentleman, from ''the Headlock Ranch'', well actually, the hospital near the headlock ranch, weighing in at 9 lbs. 6 oz.,  AXL GREY SOUTH'. He is here, live and in color! He is beautiful. Thank you Jesus for blessing me with another grandbaby.

I want to ask everyone to please pray for my student, Tessa Blanchard, who leaves for a 4-week Japan tour this week. I am so proud of her. What a very special young lady. Also keep my other student Cedric Alexander in your prayers as the Lord has opened up some amazing doors for him. I spoke to old friend Terry Taylor this week and he loves them both.

I spoke to Brad Armstrong's family this week and told Lori about wearing my "BA" tights at the legends wrestling show. I love her and Jillian so much.

Congratulations to my buddies Dick Bourne and David Chappell for going into the Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Hall of Heroes! It was special to share their night with them. They were honored for how they keep the memories of Mid-Atlantic Wrestling alive through thier website. I wrote in my book that when I found the Mid-Atlantic Gateway, I found my Noah's Ark, and it was filled with wonderful wrestling memories. The Mid-Atlantic Gateway. And congratulations to the Road Warriors, Paul Ellering, Baby Doll, Boogie, and Dusty Rhodes and his family.

Can you believe my Dallas Cowboys will be kicking off in a few weeks? I cant wait. Football season is almost here. Peyton Manning fans can sit back, relax, have another hotdog, bask in the glow of his retirement going out on top. I got to still sweat it out over Romo every week!!

Are you freakin' kidding me? Bob Lilly of my great Cowboys talks about coming into the league and having to buy his own football shoes, but the NFL cancels the HOF game because of the ''grass''? hahahahahahah Somewhere Wahoo is laughing his butt off. What a work!! It can snow 20 feet deep in Green Bay but that's OK, heck, my guys wrestled on the ground, but I guess the grass just wasn't ''cut''just right. We done here folks! Long live the "ice bowl''!!

Please let me know if I can help train, rent a ring, sell a book or show you a picture of my new grandbaby. Remember, talk to Jesus, He loves you so much. Got to go, AXL wants another piece of pizza!!!

See you at the matches.  God Bless!

Monthly Greeting - July 2016

JULY 2016

"It was better to be a "has been", than to never have "been.'' - Johnny Weaver.

I love this. I wrestled for my good friend Jay Eagle a few nights ago and he shared this from the last time he saw Johnny. What a special person he was. I may have just been one of the last wrestlers to have him put the "sleeper" on. I sure miss all our heroes. God blessed me with so many great times with Wahoo, Sandy Scott, Tim Woods and Wally Dusek and their families.

The "world's prettiest grandbaby" Makayla will be having a birthday this month. She will be going into the 4th grade this year, and I will be going into a straight jacket!

  • I just returned from spending time with NWA Champion Harley Race at his wrestling academy in St. Louis and I am so very proud of Jason Jones. Many EWA fans may remember him from his start here at my wrestling school. He is such a big part of Harley's life and I was just so happy to see how he was doing.
  • Tessa and Cedric have been so busy with their own careers but they still have time to come back to my wrestling school and help with the training. Cedric was the talk of the WWE Jr. tournament and I keep saying, folks you ain't seen nothing yet. All of my students are beginning to travel and begin their journey which is just so exciting.
  • Please continue to lift up Brad Armsrong's sweet family. They are doing so good and Jillian is as tall as me now. Brad was so special.
  •  My ring rentals have been picking up because of the great weather and the outside shows that are my favorites to be a part of.
  • The Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Fanfest weekend is just a few weeks away and I hope to see everyone there.

Can you believe that my Cowboys will be playing in less than two months? I saw this week where one of their former linebackers just got sent to prison for five years. I just dont understand that. My son Brock would have gave anything to get that chance.

O.K., let's all have one of the most special nights that a Dad and his little girl can have, a "Journey" concert were you and her make a video of that special night. Then have "some idiot" that you have never met post under the video that you are a fake, and care only for money! Yes, the idiot that done that will forever be famous on my last TV show were he made the idiot bag for the next 100 episodes! I gave his name there, but don't want to mention the idiot's miserable life here. People, get a life. If you think I am just going to turn the other cheek, your crazy! Heck, I may be a jerk, but at least meet me first!! Preach.

Well, got to get going - - just saw a suplex on the wrong side, my work is never done! Happy 4th of July!!!   God Bless!!!

    - George

    Monthly Greeting - June 2016

    JUNE 2016

"Summertime is for Steamboat & Youngblood!"

Oh man if I could see Ricky wear that Hawaiian lay out on that beach one more time! Or Ricky hold Jay high up in the air and drop him on Jerry Brisco!

I know, I am a few days late with my updates but something came up . . . . LIFE!

Wow, this year is flying by so fast. Christmas will be here in 6 months. Jesus was so good to me this past weekend. I got to take one of my twins to see my favorite band of all time, "Journey".  It was so great. They drew 19,000 people who all tried to out sing me on "Don't stop Believin'', but it didn't work! Scarlet had the best time. I made those poor kids listen to so much Journey when they were young that they thought Steve Perry was a uncle. We also went the next day and did a birthday party for a sweet 8 yr. old boy in High Point, N.C.  So by the time I got back to the Headlock Ranch, I felt like I just worked with Dick Slater again!

    • My wrestling school is doing so great. Tessa Blanchard will be returning to Japan soon so I am very excited for her.
    • This month I get to be a guest trainer for Harley Race at his wrestling academy in Missouri. God is so good to me. Everything I have or am, is because of Him.
    • My 2nd greatest book ever written still makes me so proud as I continue to get emails from all over the world telling me how much it has blessed them. I owe Mark James everything. He is the reason that book got finished.
    • I just heard today that long time NWA wrestler Danny Miller passed away today. Danny was a great guy who I met several times and always loved talking about wrestling.
    • A belated happy birthday to Brad Armstrong's daughter Jillian!

My Dallas Cowboys are beginning to make some noise there in Texas. I cant wait! My new T.O. jersey is burning a hole in my closet. Me and the Mid-Atlantic Gateway going to eat some wings!

"Stupid people are NUTS!!" A guy wrote me 42 times and asked about the birthday parties I do. He told me all the bull crap about him and his son loving wrestling and that a birthday party would just be the greatest thing! I mean, 42 times he contacted me! Well, I finally wrote him back and gave him a price. Yes, a price! Oh, you thought we just loaded up a ring, my guys come and wrestle and it's FREE?? WHAT????  Well, that idiot must have to, as I haven't heard one word since I sent the info to him! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah Ole Anderson, I need a hug!

Well got to go. Today is also Makayla's last lunch with me as a 3rd grader. Got to get my crying done before I walk in the lunch room.

If I can rent you a ring or sell you a canvas, just let me know. See you in a few weeks.  God Bless!

    - George

    Monthly Greeting - May 2016

    MAY 2016

"For God So Loved Me, That HE Gave His Only Son To Take My Place!" ( John 3:16).

Where does the time go? It is May already and summertime is very near. Summertime is for Steamboat and Youngblood!

I am so proud of my website. When a person walks up to me as they always do and ask for a business card...(really, does anybody still use them?)...I am able to just tell them to go to my great site and it answers all their questions. Thank you Dick Bourne.

My new grandbaby "Axl South", will be here soon. Just wait, going to be the greatest thing since Paul Jones showed up to save Wahoo from the Andersons in that famous cage match!

With two of my students, Cedric Alexander and
Tessa Blanchard. So proud of ALL my students!
    • What a great time to be a pro-wrestling fan in the Carolinas. They are so many great groups running great shows and it gives my wrestling school kids places to learn.
    • Speaking of my great wrestling school, Tessa Blanchard is doing so great. She lives in Florida now and I miss her like crazy. Her recent appearances on NXT have made me so proud.
    • Another one of my students, Caleb Konnelly just signed a contract with TNA. So proud of him.
    • I really have been blessed to be around Paul Jones, Wahoo and Brad Armstrong early in my career and learned the right way, which allows me to pass it on to my school.
    • I speak to Brad Armstrong's sweet family, Jillian and Lori at least one a week and they are doing great. Jillian will be finishing high school very soon and that just blows my mind! Please continue to pray for the families of those we lost in pro-wrestling.

My Dallas Cowboys did very well in the draft. And what about the idiot that posted the video of that player drafted by the Dolphins smoking pot right before the draft? No, he didn't even make my idiot bag this month, but he still is in the running!

My favorite part of the month. Let me paint a picture for you of "Grandpaw Walton" (remember him?) sitting in front of the radio after a big supper!  The match has just went 15 minutes, both guys have worked hard, the crowd is having a great time, it's only the second match so they're not burned out. The "super over" babyface, WWF legend, Billy Gunn, hits his famous finisher. Yes, the same one that he has used against the Rock, John Cena, and others. That finisher. The crowd goes NUTS. Heck even I go nuts! The fans start counting 1, 2, 3.....  But wait!!  I'm glad they did, because the goof idoit referee sure didn't!!! Yes, you read that right! The goof just didn't count. He did nothing! Hahahahaha but Billy Gunn sure did! Last I saw him, the referee was walking down I-81 with his thumb out and referee shirt on! I love my job!!!

Hope everyone has a great month and rent a ring from me, buy a book or just don't act like a goof, and I will be your friend!

See you at the matches, God bless!

    - George

Monthly Greeting to the Fans - March 2016

''Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.'' 1 Tim. 1:15 .

Oh man, what a great time to be alive. This is the month that changed the world. Easter is my favorite day. Death and the devil (not Kevin Sullivan but the real devil) had won. Darkness and sadness had took over. But, just as Ole and Gene got heat up on Paul Jones, he made a hot tag to Wahoo and the greatest comeback of all time took place!

Whew! Does anything else even matter?

I ate lunch with the "worlds prettiest grandbaby Makayla today.  It was "wacky tacky" day. The kids could wear the wildest thing they could find. Makayla said I fit right in!! This month I will also find out about my new grandbaby that will be here around August.

    • What a great weekend of pro wrestling here in the Mid-Atlantic states. I was so happy to see Bob Caudle and when he welcomed the people in Raleigh, I wanted to cry. Just a special 2 days. People still want to believe in heroes if we would just let them.
    • Thank everyone for the great feedback these last few weeks on my 2nd greatest book. One guy told me how he bought it before a show and started reading it and had it finished before the matches begun.
    • Tessa has been gone 2 weeks now on her journey and I am not going to lie. Things sure are different. I miss her and I know a lot of the fans do, too.
    • My wrestling school has signed up 10 new students this month. I now have a Swede Hanson, Kamala, Peter Parker, Sheik, Randy Moss and Richard Petty. Don't ask me their real names, I don't want to know them.
    • Please continue to keep praying for my buddy Chuck Coates who I was able to see at the Big Time Wrestling shows last week. He is a very special friend.
    • Check out my favorite website the Mid-Atlantic Gateway. Well, maybe my 2nd favorite website next to this one! They have so many great memories of my Mid-Atlantic Wrestling!
So happy for DeMarcus Ware to finally get his Super Bowl ring with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Now does somebody want to explain to me how we let him go? It's getting warmer weather and Tony Romo is back out fishing while rest of team is working out. Only 5 months to pre-season!

While making a deposit into one of my mason jars today at my bank, my sweet bank lady told me a lady had just came threw the drive-thru, pulled up to the window and said, "Hold on a minute, I'm on the phone!"  Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah  Jesus, please hurry, now would be just fine with me!!

Have a great month, rent a ring from me and buy a book....God Bless and see you at the matches.

    - George

    Monday, February 1, 2016

    Monthly Greeting for February 2016

"BAM!!!" "Ye must be born again.'' - John 3:7

What a great way to start off a new month. I had a dream last night that I kept Terry Funk waiting on me in the ring for our Barbed Wire match. What the heck? Good thing I woke up before I got there. The barbed wire was not  the problem, it was making Terry wait!

I want to wish my beautiful son Brock and his son Maverick Happy Birthday this month. Brock has ask for a Journey CD, so maybe I wasn't such a bad daddy! LOL

    • Tessa Blanchard, Cedric Alexander and about 30 other of my wrestling school kids have made me so proud. My wrestling school t-shirts are also becoming one of my greatest gimmick table products!
    • Please check out the great story on another Anderson championship on my buddy Dick Bourne's website, the Mid-Atlantic Gateway. I know Gene Anderson would be so proud of his grandson. Ole & Gene were the toughest men I ever met but when Little George was like four years old, I would take him with me to pick up my Crockett pay checks and he would always go running to Gene's office. He loved sitting on Gene's lap and taking all the ink pens out of his front pocket. Something me or anyone else would never dare to do!
    •  I will be at the huge AML and BTW events this months. Wrestling here in the Carolinas has some of the best shows of any place I have been. Just a great time to get out and go to the matches.
    • I am so proud to be a part of the WWE Owen Hart DVD that just came out. I wrestled his very first match as the Blue Blazer and that is the one that they have listed on the back. God has been so good to me over the years. From letting No.1 Paul Jones punch me to Harley Race's flying head butt......I am so blessed.

Can you believe the Super Bowl is here? Me, Tony Romo, and Jerry Jones will be sitting at home watching!

Let me preach on this for a second. After all, it is my website so I can!!

Let me get this straight:  Planned Parenthood gets caught on video tape with the sale of dead baby parts ... yes, you read that right. But the one that found this out and broke the news to the world is now being investigated and may face charges. WHAT????????  I am done here Lord, please hurry!!!!!!

Hope everyone has a great month and I will see you soon. If I can sell you a great book, ring canvas or let you take me and my grandbabies out to eat, just let me know.

    God Bless!!!!!

    - George

    Monday, January 4, 2016

    Monthly Greeting - Jan. 2016

    JANUARY 2016

Happy New Year! Yes, a brand new year to start over. To get it right, and not look back! Jesus has made everything new and he wants to make this the best year you have ever had. He can because "He died for our sins." 1 Cor. 15:3

I love this time of year. I still have my Christmas tree up, Journey cranked up and money left on my Bojangle's gift card. Ain't nothing going to bring me down. Not even my Dallas Cowboys who have broke my heart, picked it up, and then broke it again this year.

I never thought I would ever say this, but if I got to pull for a team now, it would be the Redskins, just for my friend Chuck Coates. Please keep Chuck on your prayer list. He loves Jesus so much and me and him have been friends for over 25 years.

This year will be the most exciting because Little George and Heather are having another baby and I'm getting another grandbaby, so watch out! The Von-Erichs are growing!

    • I got a Christmas card from my favorite wrestler, Paul Jones, this year and I still get so excited to hear from him.
    • Young wrestling fans will never know what they have missed. The chance to write your favorite wrestler a letter and have them send you a picture or a letter back is one of the greatest things in the world. I hope everyone will check out the Mid-Atlantic Gateway's story on Wally Dusek who used to work for Jim Crockett and what it meant when a letter did get sent back.
    • This year will be my 38th year in pro-wrestling and it has been a dream come true. God has been so good to me. Being able to watch Tessa prepare for her 2nd tour of Japan, the Owen Hart DVD from WWE are just other examples of his blessings.
    • Thanks to Ric Flair for his podcast mentions of me the last few weeks. See more about that here. I can't wait to see the ESPN 30 for 30 event coming up in a few months.
    • I also got the sweetest Christmas card from Brad Armstrong's family and I cant believe how big Jillian is getting. I love that family so much.

On this lonely road of faith....

Is it just me getting more like Ole Anderson every day or are people getting worse? Have you noticed every time somebody may lose a loved one, a pet or even some good news like a new grandbaby, a new job or even a new car, that idiot people always say -- and I mean always say -- "Well I lost my wife, or I lost my dog, or I just got a new car, or I just got a new job, too!" Aaaaiaiaiaieeaa!!! Goofs, it ain't a contest!! Lol, most people that just have to say back to you they have did all this, too, actually ain't!!! Have a great day!!!!

Whew! As Clark Griswold says, where's the Tylenol??

Have a great month and rent a ring from me, buy my book, let me train you to be a pro-wrestler or just suplex you!  God bless,
Don't look back - -  look to Jesus!

God bless you, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

    - George

    Wednesday, December 2, 2015

    Monthly Greeting - December 2015

    DECEMBER 2015

WOW, it is here, my favorite time of the year! Merry Christmas to everyone! "For unto us is born the Christ child." What a great time to be alive. God is in control and the peace that passes all understanding can also be yours. Just call on the name of the One who made you.

My son Brock is worse than me. He had his tree up 2 months ago. I know I am only 53 years old but I have never met anyone in my life that is offended when I say Merry Christmas, have you? Were do they get this from?

My beautiful twins have a birthday this month and I am so proud of them.

    • Wrestlecade 4 is now in the books and this one was the best one yet. Thanks to Tracy Myers, Brian, Will and Tim for letting me be a part. My favorite moments were with Bob Caudle, Bill Eddie and when Tully pulled me to the side and thanked me for all I had done for Tessa. Over 3000 fans came over the weekend and over 100 pro wrestlers worked their gimmick tables. Whew.....think about that the next time you have a few family members over for supper and you want to scream.
    • My wrestling school now has over 40 students signed up and I am so thankful. Tessa continues to amaze me and everybody else.
    • My wrestling school t-shirt is selling great and what a great testimony of a guy that bought my book at a wrestling show and after reading it, realized God loves him to!

Are my Cowboys done? I sure know Romo is! I never expected it to be this bad. I was there when they went 1 and 15 years ago and I think this is worse.

Its raining hard, I mean Noah's Ark hard, storming and I have to run into Wal-Mart to get my milk. The good kind, not that 2% gimmick. And after paying, I almost get run over by the young man bringing the shopping carts in from the rain, wiping them off and making sure they are nice and warm. As I walk outside, this sweet lady from Salvation Army is ringing the bell, yes, in the rain!!! I mean, her red kettle now looks like a cooking pot full of water. Is it that much trouble for Wal-Mart to let the woman come inside?? Aaaaaaaaaaaah! Are you people crazy?  Geez.......

If I can rent you a ring, sell you a book or eat your cookies and milk, just let me know! Thanks everyone for a great year.

Don't look back - -  look to Jesus!

God bless you, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

    - George

    Monthly Greeting - November 2015

    NOVEMBER 2015

WOW!!! "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners." - 1 Tim. 1: 15. And boy am I glad he did. That is my hope. It don't matter how dirty you are, Jesus will clean you up.

Can you believe it is Thanksgiving already? I love this time of year. We all have so much to be thankful for. God has blessed me with the greatest kids and grandbabies of all time. Everything I have is because of Him. I hope we all learn to say thank you the other 11 months of the year just as much. It is such a rainy and messy day today and my Cowboys ain't helping much, but if you know Jesus as your Savior, you have the greatest gift in the world.

    • Thank everyone for the great feedback on my new website. I love it.
    • Wrestlecade is here folks. The greatest pro wrestling event I have ever been involved in is just a few weeks away. Over 100 legends and over 50 matches will take place over that great weekend and I am so glad to be a part of it. I plan on taking 2 cases of DYDWYW with me, and a bunch of  Hardy Boys phone cases, hey you never know.
    • I am so glad to be on a few shows with Ricky Steamboat this month. What a first class guy.
    • My wrestling school has over 40 students signed up now and I am so blessed. Tessa Blanchard is the real deal folks. If you get a chance to see her, please do.

Can my Dallas Cowboys season be over with now? It sure looks that way!! Romo, I will never make fun of you fishing again!!

Has the whole world lost its mind? A teacher tells the student to put her phone away in class, the idiot kid says no! The police have to be called in. The punk kid still says no! So, the police must do his job and remove the brat. Simple, right? Not in what use to be called America! The policeman is fired and they have raised over 40 grand for the student! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I hate everybody!! Oh yeah, where is the person that called the police? No where to be found, heck even the principal never spoke up for the police officer!! Yep, next time, I would just say,"wrong number.'' Geez!!!!!

If I can rent you a ring, build you a boat, sell you a great book, please let me know. Don't eat too much and remember, it's ok to tell Jesus thank you!!!

God bless you, and Happy Thanksgiving,

    Monthly Greeting - October 2015

    October 2015

WOW, just 3 months to Christmas!!! Heck, if you go into Wal-Mart now you would think that Christmas is already here. What the heck? Slow down everybody. My son Brock is one of those that loves Christmas so much I bet he already has his tree up.

I can't believe where this past year has went. God is so good to me and has blessed me with everything I could ever want. I ask you now, if you know Jesus as your personal Savior? What better time to start over than now.

    • I am leaving today for two huge Big Time Wrestling shows with Ric Flair and Kevin Nash. We are expecting over 2000 fans Friday night in Alma, Ga. I know my great website guy will love where we are going to be at - - Old Bacon High School!
    • I spoke with Lori and Jillian Armstrong this morning and they are doing great. Talk about where does time go? Jillian is now in high school.
    • I received a big package in the mail from my favorite wrestler Paul Jones this week and I still can't get enough of having him autograph a picture for me. Well, it's signed to my kids, but of course they will never get them.
    • My wrestling school is now up to 35 students and growing. I am so blessed to be able to teach these great kids. Tessa continues to show everyone what I have been saying for a year. She is something special.
    • Happy Birthday in October to my buddy in Pennsylvania who I never hear from anymore. As long as I don't have to help move again, anything is good with me! And my back!
    • My wrestling school t-shirts and my 2nd greatest book ever written has been selling so good. I want to thank everybody.
    • Did you see the article the Gateway wrote about me? It's on my site, too. That was a fun night.

Oh man. Such a great start to the season, and then Dez and Romo go down. Now if I could just get them to hurry up and get back. What a heartbreaking loss last week to Atlanta.

I really don't go looking for these people. I actually hate people, but being a ''Burt Reynolds'' (before Loni) A-1 public figure, I get asked to do a lot of things, or give when it is just stupid. Jeff Long from Georgia is the biggest idoit I have never met. He wrote me asking if I could bring my ring, all my guys and the kitchen sink down to Georgia and help him with his medical bills. Most of the time I just ignore these requests because there are just so many and it just is stupid. Plus I guess since they have no rings or wrestlers in Georgia, he must ask me now, right? None of this was really the issue, he wasn't acting like an idiot yet. The idiot part came when I said no, he wrote me and called me ''ungodly'' for not doing it! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! You idiot! Godly or ungodly has nothing to do with anything! Just because I say no, and can't give money to everybody that asks, doesn't make me ungodly! Neither does calling people idiots when they deserve it!! He said he "was referred" to me. I bet he was!! Nobody in Georgia wants to deal with him! And by the way, how about this guy help ME with MY medical bills???

Whew, Makayla, please hug Paw Paw!

I hope everyone has a great month and if me and my Grandbabies can come by and sell you something, just let me know. God Bless.
